Quantum maintains cooperative service agreements (CSAs) with a growing list of complementary storage vendors, including EMC, Hitachi Data Systems (HDS), NetApp, and Symantec. These agreements formally join the technical support teams of our companies so that we can provide a united response when customers are experiencing technical issues. CSAs give the Quantum service team direct access to our partners' second level support, allowing us to draw on these resources while serving as the focal point for solving customer issues.
Quantum's Global Services team has expertise in a wide range of server platforms, operating systems, SAN infrastructure, and data management and backup software. Our knowledge base includes software and hardware from nearly all relevant vendors.
