QUICK FIX CUSTOMER CENTER

Having the flexibility to quickly replace failed components on a system in production around your business needs has become an increasingly important service capability. Quick Fix CRU and Product Installation Search and Instructions

Customer Replaceable Units (CRUs) and Product Installation Guides are searchable by product. Please select the appropriate product category and product name to the right. All related Installation Guides and CRUs will be listed with a direct link to installation and replacement instructions

NOTE: Customers who have invested in Gold Support Plans or Onsite Installation may perform Quick Fix on any of the CRUs listed or have Quantum service personnel perform the installation at no additional charge during the plan period. Please reference your contract details to determine if installation of customer replaceable units is included.
