To help us resolve your problem quickly, please be prepared to answer these questions when you call:


  • What is the serial number of the unit?
  • What operating system is the unit running on?
  • What backup software are you using?
  • Is this a new installation?
  • What brand of media are you using?
  • Can the problem be duplicated?
  • What error messages are displayed?
  • What is the name and address of the company where the unit is located?
  • What is name, e-mail and phone number of the appropriate contact person?
  • If you can, please call while at the computer and with the system powered on.

Please note that if you call Support after normal business hours, 8AM to 5PM, Monday Friday local time, all communication will be in English. Translation services are available if requested.
